Refund and Support Policy
This policy covers live questions, private readings, Guest Spotlight, tips, duplicate or unauthorized charges, and verified technical failures.
Academy membership
Academy payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals and keep access through the paid membership period.
When a service is final
A live question is final once the answer begins or is delivered. A private reading or booked session is final once it begins or is delivered.
Requesting help
Support can review duplicate or unrecognized charges and verified failures that prevent delivery. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
