Live questions join William’s private queue after Stripe confirms payment, so the wait depends on the questions ahead of yours. Private-session customers receive the booking page for the exact text-chat or phone-reading length purchased.
Live-question answers are shared aloud during the TikTok Live, while private text chats and phone readings are one-to-one. The Blind Oracle does not sell personal information or store complete card details; Stripe handles card entry.
A live question is final once the answer begins or is delivered, and a private session is final once it begins or is delivered. Support reviews verified technical failures, duplicate charges, unrecognized charges, and incomplete paid Guest Spotlight add-ons under the Refund and Support Policy.
While William is taking questions on TikTok, you can submit one to five detailed questions for $5 each and pay through Stripe. Confirmed questions enter that Live’s private queue; when the room is closed, live questions cannot be purchased.
Private text chats and phone readings are available whether the TikTok Live is open or closed. A single-use email link verifies checkout, and after payment the matching Calendly booking page is available from checkout and the customer account.
During a TikTok Live, the Welcome Crystal Wheel may offer one temporary reward. Rewards earned after paid orders belong to the verified customer account, show their eligible product and benefit, and can be reserved by only one pending checkout at a time.
No. A Crystal Tip is optional support and does not change queue priority. Guest Spotlight is a separate $10 audio add-on for up to three minutes on the TikTok Live stage; if it cannot be completed, only that add-on is refunded.
Each seasonal page offers a private text-chat or phone reading shaped around one of the eight Wheel of the Year holidays. The page shows its format, duration, full price, and reading plan before payment; seasonal readings do not accept discounts or Crystal rewards.
The passwordless customer account shows verified purchases, payment and delivery status, booking links, eligible late-payment outcomes, Crystal rewards, and post-reading feedback. Sign-in uses a single-use email link.
Only completed orders can be rated. Ratings may count anonymously toward an enabled overall score, while comments remain private unless the customer separately consents to publication and the comment passes moderation.
Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The service offers spiritual reflection and entertainment, not professional or emergency advice.
After email confirmation, the list sends an alert when William starts taking TikTok Live questions. It is not used for general marketing, and each recurring alert includes an unsubscribe link.
